R13 Policy

R13 provides hair services to clients. R13 does not perform any services to clients that have severely damaged hair or determined at time of service the style may contribute to additional damages.  R13 does not fix or alter previous stylist work.  Client is responsible for discussing any and all hair and scalp conditions.  Any health concerns and/or allergies must be disclosed during consultation.  Consultation is required to book services. This one on one personal discussion to determine best results.

Cancellation:  Client may cancel appointment 48 hours advance notice before appointment.  R13 has the right to cancel appointment  after 15 min lateness. Appointments will be rescheduled  according to availability. NO SHOW will result in no future appointments . R13 will notify clients of any schedule changes.

Refunds:  Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Deposits for hair extension purchase and services are non-refundable. Clients are responsible  for notifying R13 stylist of any styling issues. Client has 24 hours to report concerns. Stylist will initiate a resolution to satisfy client. 

LATENESS:  After 15 min. of lateness $10 fee. 30 min lateness will result in cancellation and require $50 deposit to reschedule.

Deposit & Payment:  $ minimum deposit required to book appointment. Final payment due in form of  CASH at time of service or convenience fee $5 for electronic payments. Accepted forms of payment  for deposits cash, paypal, google pay, square and zelle. ID verification is required for all DEBIT/CREDIT payments.

ROOTS13 is not responsible for any styling altercations or damages on behalf of clients. Any client that makes changes to style will be responsible for any and all fees.
